Beautifully presented vouchers are available for any treatment, spa package or monetary value and can be purchased at reception, over the phone by credit card or online (monetary value only).

A full range of exclusive skin care and life style products are available to purchase at the time of your visit, by mail order. The exclusive Numbers range of spa treatment products is also available for purchase online at von Essentials.

Spa Opening Hours
The spa is open 7 days a week: Monday to Friday, 7am to 9pm, Saturday & Sunday, 8am to 8pm. Treatments: Monday to Friday 9am to 9pm, Saturday 9am to 8pm, Sunday 10am to 6pm. These hours may be altered according to our terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy
A full charge will be made for treatment appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. We require a notice period of 7 days from day spa and residential guests who wish to change the date or cancel their spa package.

Treatment Time
In order for us to provide you with the best possible care, we request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time. As a courtesy to our other spa clients we endeavour to ensure that treatment times are adhered to and consequently may not be able to treat clients who arrive late. We regret that latecomers will incur the full fee for shortened treatment times.

Mobile Phones
The Bath House Spa aims to provide a tranquil environment for your complete relaxation. We therefore request that all mobile phones are turned off for the duration of your visit.

Smoking
The Bath House Spa is a non smoking environment.

Health & Safety
A treatment consultation form will be completed prior to your first appointment and up-dated on subsequent appointments. It is vitally important that you inform your therapist if you are or suspect that you may be pregnant. Please ensure that you fully inform us of any medical conditions (or changes to your medical status) or if you are undergoing any medical treatment or taking prescribed medication. Some treatments may be contra-indicated by certain medical conditions, however, we will endeavour to provide you with an alternative treatment.

Water therapy
In order to achieve maximum benefit from your treatments and spa experience, it is vital that you re-hydrate and drink plenty of water during your visit.

Alcohol
Alcohol should not be consumed prior to using the wet spa area or prior to having treatments.
