When is the course available?
The 12 week weight loss course is available on Mondays and Fridays from 4pm and Sundays from 10am.
What will I receive during my 12 week weight loss course?
If you decide to follow this course you will receive:
- 12 personal training sessions focusing on weight loss and toning your body
- 12 weeks of nutritional analysis and feedback which will make it impossible for you to fall off the wagon and back to your old eating habits
- Weekly weigh-in
- Weekly nutritional analysis and feedback
- Weekly information handouts on the important aspects of nutrition and weight loss
- Weekly healthy recipes
- Hints and tips on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle
- Body fat testing
- Entry to the spa on personal training days
